There are several versions of the model that you have, but in general you can do port forwarding, that this vendor call "virtual server".

If you know the concept just Choose “Advanced Setup→NAT→Virtual Server”.

The Virtual Server is the server or server(s) behind NAT (on the LAN), for example, Web server or FTP server, that you can make visible to the outside world even though NAT makes your whole inside network appear as a single machine to the outside world.

To add a virtual server entry:
Step 1: Select the “Virtual Circuit” and select “Virtual Server”.
Note:
If your Internet Provider only gave you a single IP address (that is the usual), select Single; with multiple IPs, select Multiple for the option.
Step 2: Select the Rule index for the rule.
Step 3: Select the application you want from drop-down list, then the protocol and port number will be added to the corresponding field automatically, you only need to configure the IP
address for the virtual server; If the application list does not contain the service that you want (in your case is HTTP_Server), please configure the Port number, IP Address and Protocol manually.
Step 4: After that, click SAVE to make the entry take effect.
now that's what im looking for. thx you deserve a +rep

You just need to do the next things:
FIrst of all, go to your cmd center on windows, and type: ipconfig.
after that, take your local ip(ipv4) wich should look like this: 192.168.1.x (my local is 192.168.1.35)
Go to your router, on the port forward,
at the start port, add 7777, on the end port, the same(7777)
the server ip, add your local ip, the one that you taken from cmd center.
save the configuration done, and you're done.
You will not see your server online from the external ip, but your friends will see it.
To connect to your server, just enter on the sa-mp client, 127.0.0.1:7777
