As title says I got doubt that what is "IC 'email' system". I want to know what it is and what it do. If anyone can explain me what it is and what it is used for and how it works with an example help will be really appreciated and he'll get +rep for good answers. Thanks in advance.

i guess it mean In Character Email System , this word can be used in the Roleplay servers , i think , not sure...

I'd say that someone would email someone, then when they do /checkemail or w/e they will get the message. Anyway, it all depends on what the scripter did to make the email system.
