GameMode: Vortext RolePlay 2

I'm using iPage webhosting and using my country's game hosting when I entered databasename databasepassword and host name in "MYQSL.TXT" I started server but when I tried to enter into game it says connected to samp 0.3 server and nothing happend when I pressed "Spawn" button I spawned with claude skin and can't acsses any commands got any idea how to fix this?

Database password: blabla

Copy and paste whats in your MySQL.txt
