hello
i have a problem with download and upload rate
when i press f5 there writes download rate: 300 kbps, 1000,6000 and even bigger (upload rate aswell)
when i hold f5 for few secs it lowers down to 1-3 kbps (normal)
it was snow and storm and after that i got this
i noticed that happens becaouse of strange hitboxes and i would miss 1/2 shots(i play dm servers), so i checked f5
it happens on every server i play

this still happens. it never happened in previous versions. please help, the ingame sync is very bad tho noone is warping and all that its rly hard to play dm servers
