You can`t learn like this.
Try to read some functions and look at script`s/gamemode`s and try editing and then to create something alone.

Start with basic things such as ZCMD, SendClientMessage(playerid,...) etc...
That's how I did it, I opened VX-RP, studied the script and made slight edits, it worked in the end!
