I need an help to drive a tram without driver.i.e tram should round the city like in Gta SA..

can anyone show me how to do this..

the one you talking about in GTA SA Single Player is an NPC Bot you have to record yourself to do a tram moving bot,

Well, use NPC for that. There's a sticky tutorial (check Scripting Tutorials) about that how to make.
