Time and Weather +REP

Can someone make or point me to a time and date system where the time would show up on the right of the weapon symbol and above the wanted level? :

I also want the weather to sync in with the time.

Anyone else please? I don't need the date feature. I just need the time and weather synced together. And here was the above code from Faiscal but it has the date feature which I don't need. Can someone please find me a new one or just remove the date feature from this?:
