Is there any command like onvehicleswitchgear??
i'd like to ad a nitro sound when switching gears but i dont know if its possible

No,it isn`t.
Is one FS where you can change gears manualy but you can`t change the sound when switching..

Its Possible to do that without the on switching gear..
1) Script a Textdraw that will get your vehicle speed and then go IG and record "on what speed" the gear sound comes, then re-test it if the sound is accurate.. If you got the speed Records
2) Script it that IF the speed changes to THAT speed it will give you nos and it will be used automatically.

well the gear sound doenst always come at the same time, if you're at top speed and just bake al little and give gas back, the gears start all over again
