How to add FilterScripts to JiHost other than FTP Account anytime i hit

FileManager it says

Control Panel -> Filemanager
To control your server files and folders you'll need to connect to our hosting machine via FTP. If you don't have FTP client installed, we suggest you to use Filezilla. Please connect to s3.jihost.co.uk using your username and password.

They dont have a builtin filemanager like Volt host has...

Looks like you will have to use an FTP client, or an online FTP file manager, which is what you want?
Use http://www.net2ftp.com/ and enter your details. That should act like a FileManager.

Uploading files via FTP is rather fast than using built-in file manager, you can upload a whole directory in a matter of few seconds/minutes. Just install Filezilla ftp client on your pc, connect to the ftp server with the hostname, username and password allocated to your account and start uploading. That's not hard at all.

Just as people above have said.
Your hostname is s3.jihost.co.uk, username and password are given in filemanager page, and you are leaving port empty.
