You need to open ports thats all. Nothing else is needed.
You can even host it on a wireless network.

Im on Belkin and when ever i port forward my ports it says 7777 is not opened on canyouseeme.org

Check if your local IP doesn't change. Worked for lots of friends of mine too.

I have port forwarded 7777
UDP and TCP
and i have done cmd... ipconfig

Ok i have port forwarded but when i join it says server is not responding retrying and it says it for my friend aswell

You can only enter to your host

with -- Localhost --

The other ones with Your IP
