For some reason, my server refuses to load plugins.

OS: Windows Server 2008.
Version: 0.3d
GameMode: Self-made, works on my local computer and on serverffs hosting.

Does anyone know any solutions to this massive problem?

The plugins are:
- MySQL Plugin
- IRC Plugin
- Streamer Plugin

The server will not show up after I add plugins.

It doesn't load the plugin at all, then aborts the server startup with the

Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

You sure you have gamemode .amx not .pwn?

Everything's right in my server.cfg. It fixed itself though, in some weird way. I just waited for like 15 minutes, tried again, and it worked. Lol, sometimes my server is weird.
