Everytime the server changes to the next hour, and it says "SERVER: The Time is now 17:00" 17:00 or well any other time it says. I don't know if this is the crash info?

Don't have a host, but I can't find a problem in the script... And I know it isn't someone hacking the RCON.. I don't have many players..

Reinstall anyway and check your security settings/firewall are not interfering.
