Hello, i remember onto a server i have played on, that they edited the speed of the vehicles, does anyone know how that is possible?

Basicly, i am thinking of a system wich can adjust the vehicles speeds, but does anyone of you know, what the line would say for such a script?

Also, is it possible to edit the acceleration ?

I've allready looked at that one, but i dont think it would work out properly for what i am doing.
I'd basicly like to have something were you can change down to 1 MPH, instead of 50 km/h, per increase or decrease.

Would you mind helping me out with how to change the variable, to make it 1 = 1, instead of 0.1 = 50 ?
So i am basicly able to edit it per 1 MPH instead of 35 ((50 in kmh))
