I saw someone recently in SA-MP with some kind of car spawner, I have looked everywhere
for one which works online and just can't find one. could someone plz help me

So you're asking for a cheat on an official forum.
That's like asking where you can find a torrented song on the iTunes forum.
These kind of cheats have no other purpose than annoying the other players IG.
