This looks like a plugin crash. Which plugins do you use?

And have you tried crashdetect or execution logger?

What a helpful post!

If you think it's a plugin problem, try removing one or more of your plugins.
This can be also crash of limit break or some invalid model ids and etc, I don't really know how to read this exception code, but I know that you can get it not only by plugin errors.
