I want to make an InGame IRC System. Im gonna use Icognito's IRC Plugin to script it. (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=98803)

But i'm pretty confused? Do we need to buy an IRC Channel? Why do we echo thing's?

How we link Internet Relay Chat with Pawn game mode's and other things?

If you can help me understand or tell me anything about it. Will be glad and will appreciate by reppin+ the person.

Just make in game chat, like the Team chat. I guess. Just make it that people cannot write in it until they join it.
So make IRC like the team chat.

1. Which IRC are you using. Link to irc
2. how to sent a message for example only for OP ? how for the irc client ? and how can i kick a player ig from the irc ?
