Alright, after i /rcon login [Rcon Pass] how to make myself admin using rcon?

Use /rcon cmdlist to see all of the RCON commands. Or just read them off this nice link I found for you.

RCON is completely separate from whatever admin system you are using.

You'll have to download a separate administration filterscript ..... or make your own from scratch.
