3. the problem is when i go on "192.168.1.1" it shows me a shit like that look:

192.168.1.1 is from your router 127.0.0.1 is local and try whatismyip.com for your outside IP

From what I understand your asking how to portforward. Could you tell me the make of your Router?

Your router doesnt have a control panel?. In which case try some automatic software...
