What are some unique features of a house system for a roleplay gamemode, I can't think of one, Every idea i get again feels like it seems like gf edits

Lights Switches (Using a Light Textdraws to cover the screen when lights are off)
And Charge them if there lights are not off.

Lol my MTA server has something similar.


Dynamic garage system, no need to explain what it means right?

Yah but it people can create garage for tiny houses, so it'd be non-rp. but idc about that as long as people like it

GarHouse has some nice features, not exactly unique, but they're pretty good.

Yeah, Get a garage system, The admin has to make it, /creategarage and then pick, 1/2/3 cars with different interiors.

A fridge, You type a command near it and you can refill your health.
Water, It will also refill your health
In the garage, toolkits, If you car is broken, You can use your toolkit to fix it, by pressing the arrow keys. You can buy as much as 20 kits before you have to go and buy more.
You can buy a TV for your house, The news station can broadcast into that, by using spectating, and then it will show the news reporter standing there.

Interior Changing System -> Players can buy new interiors
Safe System -> Players can put money, drugs & mats in the safe and take it
Adress -> All houses have their own adress (Vinewood 1, Vinewood 2, Idlewood 1, Idlewood 2...)
