can 2 players owner for server controll server and both of them can see the server online ??

like if im owner i want let my friend able to see server files can this happend and how please ?

Yes this is possible, You can use a server host o share access to the server intern with the files. You can even have a choice of using MySQL you can create a website with a MySQL database and share access to this. You can download the FTP plugin

With this plugin you can code it tp upload the files to him say every 10 mins. However this requires that you or your friend has a FTP server installed on their PC

i got other problem why when i be player ID: 1 i get alittle bug like you know camera won't work its stay repeated first look like if i move camera up it's back the camera down auto

It may happed because 2 options:

1. You may edited things to Players in the Script.

2. You did something to the game (Sa:mp / Sa)

its a problem with your scripting.
if uve randomly downloaded a script, you wont know.
but if you coded it urself,
check it. go thru it again.
it wont show any errors while compiling, but uve made a mistake somewhere.
not an error-based mistake, but a logical mistake
