One question:

Is it possible to make something like a "Binco", where players can buy clothes? For example for the torso, legs, shoes, hats, sunglasses, etc....

Yes it is possible. But alot of coding. In forum there is sunglasses script and hats etc..

You cannot change the clothes of the character like in singleplayer, but you can attach clothes OBJECTS to the player.
