I am in desperate need of help, I really want to learn how to properly script RP servers and properly UNDERSTAND the actually thing! I want to know the certain equipment I need to use, if there are any equipment recommended to use then please leave a link for the download, I really want to learn! Please someone help me, specific things that would help me is the exact way in how to compile, use different programs such as pawno and whatever Y_ini is, or Notepad ++ and everything like that.

So far none of the tutorials on the forums helped me! It's simply because I don't understand anything on how everything works, I would highly appreciate and REP anyone that helps me.
