OK. This is related to my server so here it goes.
I am new to pHp and Java.. Learning the basics at this moment.. I know HTML, you know, just to get around..
To make the long story short, here is the situation. I am tired of paying for these big hosting companies to host my server.. Now, can anyone point me to the right direction on how to even start something like that. How do I run a .exe file when it is in the website.. I know this might make them hosters mad, but give us a chance.. I am not asking you to script it for me, but I am asking you to give me a hint or something..

It's all orientated around heavy priced control panels, and heavy priced hardware.
The main reason people pay hosts up to $10, is because it won't cost you $200+ per month. Though if you have the money to throw around, make sure you think twice over it.
