More info. is needed, if you want to solve the problem. Does it crash when a player logins, when a command is excecuted and etc. ?

Use the crash detect plugin, find what area of code has issues and then post that code here.

The server doesn't start at all, As you can see,

When i put the Crash detect plugin in the plugins folder and i edit the server.cfg, i start and i get a window error saying that MSVCP100.DLL can'"t be found , tried downloading that DLL file and putting it in the server directory and the system 32 folder too, but no thing

Does the gamemode have a script that tunes cars ? Some tunings on some cars make crashes. But there are many more reasons for crashes... If you made some edits, I'd suggest remembering the latest edits, making a gamemode copy, and then cutting out the scripts in the copied gamemode.
