hi guys, im back on SA-MP again but i need some help with a script im thinking of making soon, but i need one thing, i wanna make an arrestor cable for a carrier but i cant use SetVehicleVelocity(or whatever it is) as it just stops it i need something to slow it down not just stop it like a stronger version of brakes, can anyone help me with this
