I got Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, I haven't had this problem before yesterday
it's just started to crash my game before load while I started to went inside a server.

I alredy tried:

-Delete GTASA and reinstall it
-Change the GTASA directory & name
-Change it to Windows 98 and run it as administrator (both(GTASA + SAMP))
-Reinstall SAMP
-Rebuild of GTA3.img

I got the same as you, but i can just play singleplayer and not SA:MP.
Before i just played samp but now it gives me that error everytime.
