Hi everyone,
My ISP has switched from static IP to DHCP, now the problem is that when I restart my modem, IP doesn't change. I still have my static IP. I have configured everything, so there is no problem in installation as far as I know. Everything for DHCP is setted up. I have contacted my ISP but they said that I have 'Torrent Infection', I can't change my IP because of high upload speed on my PC and they said me to uninstall torrent totaly. Now I have uninstalled it, also from registry and everything I knew, but I still can't change my IP. Does anyone know what is the problem also fix for it, I would appreciate it!
Sorry for my engrish -.-'
