FS is easy to load and unload at any time.

However, you can write code in an include that also loads and unloads objects.

loading objects per filterscript is the best choice - imagine you are fixing some map bugs, and need to (re)load them. a server restart would annoy players, some disapperaring objects for lime 1/2 second wont disturb. when i reload my ObjectLoader fs, i start falling through glasses, but they get reloaed faster than i can fall through them
