I made a own server 3 times but always I'm stuck with this little thing, I can you but other players see retriving info, all ports are open and announce is 1

I'm joining from a static ip.

Are you sure that server's up and running? goto typefish.co.uk to confirm it(for some reasons that site doesn't load in my Pc, So i was unable to check it for you)
Did you portforward correctly?
