hi i have made a samp server and i think i have portforwarded and everything but when i run the server from my laptop running windows 7 ultimate people can seee it on the list but when they connect it just says server didnt respond please help

Look so your server and your friends has same sa-mp version. If server 0.3d, Players will also need 0.3d.. To get it work.
