-New Spawn System with:
DEFAULT CARS (/v)

6. Hotring 3
7. Monster Truck
8. Tractor
9. Road Train
10. Predator
ACTUAL SPAWN SYSTEM categories (/v2)
1. Airplanes
2. Helicopters
3. Sports Cars
4. Jetpack
5. Country Vehicles
6. Industrial
7. Unique
8. Misc.
9. RC Cars
10. Bikes
11. Motorbikes

And House system with:
-Type /createhouse
-Select house
-Set Price and Interior
-Click "Done".
