I Wish to know how Russian servers get such pickups - and there is a floating Pizza Pickup too , if someone knows please Post it {rep+}

The floating pizza pickup is object model id 1582.
And you can get the ID's of the new 0.3d objects by opening and reading the CUSTOM.ide file located in your \GTA San Andreas\SAMP directory.
