I was told recently that the SAMP debug can run gamemodes, Is this true? Because I dont wan't to use my own server for testing scripts.

Run Your "Local Host" then u can test ur gamemode scripts

Port forwarding does not work for me.

A localhost connection does not require any ports to be forwarded.
