Linux versions have extension .so and Windows .dll. Now to manually check version of plugin (ex. 0.3a,0.3d etc.) I think you can't unless you can open plugin file etc...
Also bumping after 21 minute isn't allowed.

Sorry for bumping the thread,I've been waiting 3 days old to get some answers from hosting company...about BlueG's plugin and Skid's plugin...now I see that..my plugin is different.
Also I know that .so plugins are for linux.
I need the author of my PLUGIN!

a_mysql.dll is BlueG's and mysql.dll is StrickenKid's

Well,now I found it, I mean it's SKid's plugin,but gives me this:
