Also, this video is from an MTA server, not SA-MP. SA-MP doesn't have all the resources MTA has. Making this thing in SA-MP is not easy (impossible).

Doing such a system in SA-MP would be nearly impossible. You could do the sound effects I'm sure, but the graphics aren't happening, neither are the lights on the vehicle.
