Hello all of samp community pls i was just askin i live in iraq and we cant pay online cause we have no credit cards neither debit cards and i wanna join this site www.mathway.com , so please any ideas , or how to join it for free

i suggest you to do what im doing... im in the same setuation ... there are 2 ways :
1.create oneip account and make maps and sell them
2.create one bip and start a website hosting company and earn money

Web hosts dont get money that easily, its not a get rich quick scheme!

This is what the market is full of nowadays. dont encourage it.

i dont want to talk about politics here but actually iranian doesnt have problem with other country... we belive that we should be friend with people all around the world but its our government problem... :/
