In almost any shop. It would be pointless to suggest an international shop, as shipping costs will be higher than the cable costs. Just search in your favourite online hardware store, dont know where you live.

I live in portugal, I went to find 1 in a shop, and they didn't have it

For that i know they are not selling atm rs 232 cable, just "monitor" to "monitor"

RS 232 and VGA-adapters might look similar, but they arent the same, and arent compatible (9 pins vs 15 pins). It is a quite old standard (but a great one, I still use it for selfmade components myself), as USB is way more popular, maybe thats why they didnt have it.
Hm, seems to be hard to find a shop for portugal, especially without any language knowledge, I cant find one.
