I'm in need of 2 "functions". I can provide the basic function which works to an extent - But i want improving.

What does this require?

• I want colour-co-ordinated dialog lists, depending on one of the user's ranks (in the mysql database)
• I want to grab a mysql variable, and put it into a dialog
• I want 'pages' in my dialog. A limit of 15 per page.

If this is fairly easy for you - Then i am willing to pay $5 to the first person that helps me.
