This probably isnt possible, but I just want to make sure:

I report player example for airbreaking.
The report system automatically takes a picture and a 10 second reel of that player using the ingame camera and/or spectate system.
The reel is sent to a server or website and a admin from that site reviews the reel and hands punishes example.

Is something like this possible? And if so, would it cost anything?

No it's not possible, unless you log their positions and use an NPC to replay it ingame..even then it would be sketchy as best.

When you look deep into it, then it is possible, but ofc. it needs ALOOOOOT of work. As Norn said you have to make a NPC repeat what the hacker did..

Or you could just find a proper anti-cheat which detects all this stuff.

This is what I hate, scripters creating more things for the admins to do.. wait? Aren't the players the reason the server is alive? Useless. Just use some simple anticheat that detects airbreaking, then /spec or whatever.

this is a super cool idea but it does sound like a lot of work like other have stated above. i would also recomend using a anti cheat system which you can find on here search ****** like this :
"anti cheat samp"
