hey all i dont have time for talking i just want to ask can ZCMD work on the latest version of 0.3d server RC9
and if it does give me link thx in advance

ZCMD works in all versions. Doesn't matter which version you are using since it's ordinary code. BUT have in mind that you can't use SSCANF until 0.3d is officially released.

There is a version of sscanf that's for SA-MP 0.3d. It uses Zeex'z GDK.
