Whenever I tried to open the samp-server file so that I can open my test server then it doesn't open. The file samp-server always open and then close suddenly. Please tell me whats the problem?

Can we see your sever-log?

Check server_log.txt and see whether it displays error text. It's usually the last line in server_log.txt which explains the error.
