First of all you can use Search for map editors. I don't really know if there is map editor ingame and I am too lazy to search for it.
So, I suggest you to try using Map editor by JernejL! It's very good.

Yea i'm seraching but nofing intresting.... i'm looking filetrscript or somefing that i can stream objet in game while i'm playng Etc... somefing like that /objet and near me spawn somefing objet and i can move it thats it

I found some Threads about that, but as I read in it, there are a lots of bugs since there are many objects
