Removing most of the buildings (Octane Springs) (0.3d)

With the RemovePlayerBuilding, I want to remove MOST of the buildings in Octane Springs (These are the large hammers, a few houses and a few electric poles.
I havent even use REmovePlayerBuilding yet. Anyone has a suggestion how to do it the best?
I thought of a large loop.. But when I remove building, when the player "refreshes" (comes out of the area and back) will it still be removed? I want like, not to have it on the map at all (not the map in ESCAPE, talking about the area). A clean horizon, etc.

Edit: I am using SAMP: Map construction!! SO useful .. have removed what I like, like I like.ty

With Sa-mp map construction, I think you just select the object then press delete and click the show code button and it will give you a code. Place it ongamemodeinit and when a player joins/spawns it will still be removed.

TheKiller, as you can read, I am already using it.

brett7, you probably dont know but RemovePlayerBuilding is PLAYER building, means you ahve to use playerid. GAmeModeInit can be used for objects, but not for playerids.. so just inserted it in OnPlayerConnect.
