Hello I am creating my first Game Mode (GM) at the base of anything, but I do not know where to start can you help me or advise me a tutorial.

Inside it you will find some example gamemodes and filterscripts to look at. If you dont understand the scripts, you can search the keyword or functions at https://sampwiki.blast.hk/
There will be alot of reading involved though.

when you open up pawno.exe in the folder pawno, and click on new file, you will get a file with a bunch of callback(function that are called on specific moments eg, when a player connects(OnPlayerConnect)) it's a good start of your script.
