I think your living on mars... You don't download GRAPHIC CARD's you buy them! and you open your PC case, you look for PCIE entrance you put it inside and TADAA.

Well, I am trying to run GTA IV but I cant cos I got an "Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family"

A GRAPHICS CARD is something that is INSIDE your computer's case. It looks like this:
