first of all, following to your detailed description of your first post, I doubt that anyone will bother to explain it to you in detail..
Although I would suggest you to checkout the tutorial section and search for house and vehicle owner systems. You can do the same in the filterscript section and use one of the filterscripts that you find there. You can also use those to learn how it works (although you shouldn't just copy the scripts and say you did it on your own..)
