i have hosted my server with jihost but i need help when i click on filemanager it says

now i have installed FileZilla now what i do when i try to connect

Status: Resolving address of xtremestuntages.forumur.net
Status: Connecting to 67.228.47.102:8787...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

it says like this if anyone knows then help me please.

if you are using proxy(VPN) turn it off.it may be your problem... if its not tell me here

Our server IP is not 67.228.47.102. Make sure you type "s1.jihost.co.uk" to host/ip field.

We never suspend servers following our simple and easy understandable ToS located at order page. If you were really scammed by us, why don't you post your serverID/account username so I can take a detailed look?
