This could be several problem , Luckley for it, There all easy to fix.
The most common problem I see is people upload there server.cfg and the server doesn't edit the port in that file.
If you have done this, Just edit the server.cfg to the port assigned to you by the host and restart the server.
Another problem could be your script is not running.
That could be caused due to lack of .inc or lack of FS or the GM is
not able to run due to a error in the pawno. Look over the pawno and ensure its
accuracy, as well as upload all required files again to confirm you are not missing anything.
If that doesn't work, completely re-upload the whole server there again and insure the server.cfg is accurate.
