I've forwarded :7777 and everything is fine, he can see my server online with me playing it but when he tries to connect he can't, any ideas??

are you sure your server is port forwaded?
does it tell him retrying when connecting?

He has 0.3c R3, the latest server package is R2, which I have.

And yes, it's forwarded, I check with a program made by Portforward.com, also, he wouldn't be able to see the server if it wasn't forwarded.

you should ask him if he can connect to any other server first maybe his samp is bugged or not installed properly

disable your firewall and antivirus program...also try to port forward from 192.168.1.1 site not the port-forward.com's program

He meant his friend can only SEE him playing, but can't connect himself...
