is there any patch to install ONLY car mods? I want the ones from the year 2000-2011

But i want something to install, i don't want to do it manually (It will take a lot of time)

Well maybe. But if their is not, why not spend time and throw one together and then release it for other people to use, would probably be helpful for a lot of racers and roleplayers. I know it'll take awhile, but once together it would be pretty cool.
